PhD Launches Partner Program

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 15, 2003--Precision Human Development (“PhD”) is pleased to announce, today, the launch of a new strategic partnership program. The program enables a broad cross-section of HR industry-focused businesses to offer PhD’s SURE Performance Benchmarking technology
(“SURE”) as a value add component of their own product or service portfolios. SURE is a new Internet-based employee selection and development system that enables organizations to hire, promote or further develop top performing employees. Recruiters, business services and technology vendors, employee assistance programs, training, coaching, leadership and organizational development firms, as well as independent sales and HR professionals may be eligible to become partners under this new program.

Performance Benchmarking is a scientific approach to hiring and developing a high performing workforce. PhD’s SURE technology allows organizations to create custom psychological and performance profiles, or benchmarks, of top performers in any position. These performance benchmarks are then used as
accurate and objective tools for screening the suitability of job applicants, succession planning or continuous employee training and development. Applicants whose profiles match very closely with a top performer benchmark are likely to possess the same qualities and characteristics that have enabled the top performers to excel in their work. this agreement, Broker Partners become authorized re-sellers of PhD’s Performance Benchmarking technology. Sales Partnerships, the second option, are designed for small businesses, sales professionals and HR consultants who wish to offer Performance Benchmarking as a stand-alone service to customers. Under the terms of this agreement, Sales Partners become authorized sales agents of PhD and receive commissions for sales made to new and existing customers.
